Please read the following carefully. By accessing this website and products you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated below bound by the Logo Couture reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions with out any notice.

Logo Delivery & Prices

• All Logo Couture logos will be prepared and delivered through email with in 24 hours unless stated otherwise.

• Minor design changes with the logos will be free of charge. Some examples include: Change to the customer’s business name and slogan, change of color, fonts, etc. However, for other major changes an hourly rate of $35 will apply.

• For additional $10 Logo Couture will ship out your Logo on a CD.

• The customer should also be aware that the colors of the logo may differ on
the screen and the final print.

Rights

•All logos are under the copyright protection and property of Logo Couture.
They are not to be used without our consent.

•All logos are sold once. The logos are removed from Logo Couture website right after a payment is fully received.

•Logos bought on Logo Couture can not be re-sold to another party.

Limitations

•Logo Couture is not liable for any logos after they are purchased by the
customers.

•Logo Couture is not to be held responsible in the event on any legal procedures,
regarding alleged infringements or otherwise, should occur due to the use of
a logo

•Logo Couture assumes no liability to the customer or any other party once the
purchased logo leaves our website.

Refund Policy

•There are no refunds at Logo Couture. All sales are final and non-refundable
once the logo has been sent to the customer.
